Marky Mark has Gone Fishing…

but don't despair... it's only for just like a week...

After pushing full steam ahead for quite some time now, I have decided I need a little down time.

The most common question people ask me is, where do I find the time and energy? well gang, lately time and energy have not been on my side and I feel like I'm dragging myself along like a wounded deer with posts which is not good for the both of us. It's a very busy time of the year in my day job where lately, mind numbing 12hr days and a serious lack of sleep have become the norm, which should quieten down after this weekend's go-lives, thankfully 🙂  I'm sure you can understand my pain.

So I have decided to take a little break for a week to relax, get a few good nights sleep, put some cucumber slices on my eyes to get rid of these dark rings and most of all recharge those creative juices that have been running with the reserve light on for the past few weeks.

I know it's gonna be tough, but we can get through this, but hey, even Bloggers need a bit of time out at some point 🙂

I've got a number of awesome posts ready and waiting in my head, but it would be best to let them ferment in my mind and let their intoxication qualities pack a punch when released into the wild.

So until Monday... toodles!

Here is a little comforting childhood memory to keep you company while I'm away 🙂

About Marky Warren

Your Blogger-In-Chief, Proud Springbok and Sharks Supporter.. If I could sum myself up in one quote, I believe Steve Jobs said it best... "Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently, they're not fond of rules. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do."
