This Dog’s Bark is A LOT Worse Than It’s Bite

My BIL Waine, sent me this video today of what seems to be a French Bulldog taunting a cat by continously barking at it thinking the cat will get scared… well..

Lets just say I almost had a full on asthma attack from laughing uncontrollably at this next video…
