The team over at HotChillee love their rugby as much as they love their cycling. This autumn the organisers of the iconic London-Paris and Cape Rouleur rides are combining their passions with a unique cycling event catered for the passionate cycling Rugby fan.. The ride will celebrate the 2015 Rugby World Cup taking place in the UK with help raise funds for the charity foundation set up by Springbok rugby legend Joost Van Der Westhuizen. Joost set up the J9 foundation to help others suffering from Motor Neurone Disease (MND/ALS), which has also launched now in the UK to further the Foundation's outreach to supporting patients living with Motor Neurone Disease  and their families. So here's your chance to get involved in an unbelievably amazing cause to raise funds to cause a massive amount of goodness in the lives of people who truly need your help, by riding the HotChillee London-BrightonWhether you want to compete in a team challenge alongside rugby legends or are after tickets to one of the matches then HotChillee and the Ride Captains have it sorted.First up is a London-Brighton ride with a very special twist… Taking place on Saturday 19 September, the ride will include a ticket to the South Africa v Japan world cup match.HC1Entry costs £120 (if you raise £500 or more for the J9 Foundation UK you will receive your £120 back, don't worry you have until the end of the Rugby World Cup 2015 Final to raise the funds through your JustGiving Page) , this includes:
  • Ticket to the South Africa vs Japan match
  • 80km London-Brighton ride (ride event by HotChillee and supported by the HotChillee Ride Captains)
  • Ride alongside Former International Rugby Stars
  • Braai for all riders at the finish,(Spoiler alert: Joost Van Der Westhuizen will be at the braai with us, so a great opportunity to meet the legend)
  • Coach travel and bike transport back to London where your bike will be waiting for you as you get off the coach.
