Celebrating Freedom Day in London

On Wednesday 27 April South Africans will be celebrating Freedom Day which commemorates the first democratic elections held after Apartheid. For those of you in or near London, here's a few events for you to attend.

Wednesday 27 April 2016:South Africans in London: Freedom Day Event

There are less than 100 tickets remaining for the Freedom Day celebration hosted by the Facebook Group 'South Africans In London' at Acklam Village Market in West London (between Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park tube stations). The event runs from 14h00 to 23h30 with various entertainment throughout the day. A braai will be provided by Zulu BBQ and South African favourites (alcoholic beverages and sweets etc) will be on sale. For more information, check out their events page.
