Catch Springbok Legend Victor Matfield At The Slug in Wimbledon!

Former Springbok Legend, Victor Matfield will be pulling into the Slug in Wimbledon to launch his new book, Victor My Journey

The former Springbok legend, who recently retired following the 2011 Rugby World Cup, will be dropping into Slug in Wimbledon on Thursday 24th November 2011 to sign copies of his book, Victor My Journey. Victor will also be hosting a Q&A session where rugby fans can put their questions to arguably one of the greatest locks rugby has ever seen. The question and answer session will start at 3.30pm and Victor will be signing copies of his book from 4pm until 5.30pm. Now I know most of us will be at work at that time of the day, but make a plan, pull a sickie or a "doctor's appointment" 🙂

To pre-book your copy of Victor My Journey, please email Shakira (no, not that Shakira) at New Holland Publishers, [email protected], You'll be able to pick up and pay for your copy at the Slug on arrival.

If you don't know where the Slug is yet, then seriously... what is wrong with you? 🙂

About Marky Warren

Your Blogger-In-Chief, Proud Springbok and Sharks Supporter.. If I could sum myself up in one quote, I believe Steve Jobs said it best… “Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently, they’re not fond of rules. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
