On Saturday 16th June 2012, the biggest showcase of South African artists is going to kick off with one massive show in London headlined by GoldFish, Jesse Clegg and DJ Kent! You're not going to want to miss this thats for sure!
The over 3000 capacity Coronet Theatre in Elephant and Castle will host Sounds Of Africa 2012 across multiple stages with a massively diverse range to suit just about any musical taste. Various genre's from Rock, Pop, Electronica and Jazz on the main stage to Deep House, Electro & Techno in room two. If sound is not enough for you, then you'll definitely be visually blown away by the LED backdrop, fire explosions, Ibiza's famous ice and confetti cannons and….. a surprise guest appearance only to be revealed on the night.
Headlining this year is GoldFish (need I say more) Jesse Clegg (Son of iconic South African Artist Johnny Clegg), DJ Kent (One of South Africa's top producers and winner of the 2008/2009 SAMA award for Best Urban Dance Album) and if thats not enough to completely blow you away, London based SA rock band and PharSide favourite, WHAT NOW will be wowing the crowd on the mainstage, while top SA DJ's Derek The Bandit, Coco Loco, Hilton Caswell, Tobie Allen, Garth Hill, Mixolis, Azee, DJ Velly, DJ Map and DJ Pam will make sure that the night keeps getting better and better the whole way through.
Yours truly will also be hosting the VIP Room so could it really get any better… this is definitely going to be a night that will be spoken about for a very long time! memories will be made!
Tickets are selling at a rapid rate so if you want to be a part of the biggest party showcasing an unbeatable SA vibe then I'd suggest you get your mates rounded up and get your tickets sorted asap… you don't want to be THAT person whose gonna be missing out bigtime!
General admission tickets are priced at £30 a pop while very limited VIP tickets are going at £50 a pop.
